The course also helps agents avert potential risks and liabilities by covering changes in the law affecting real estate. The SRS course involves 16 hours of classroom instruction and is offered by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). REBI is a globally recognized authority valued for its expertise in developing and advancing the professional development of real estate professionals and is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.
